1. How long is my appointment?

Your private bridal appointment is scheduled to last one hour.
If you are traveling from outside Los Angeles and think you would like more time just let us know and we can make arrangements.

Of course! We always welcome your friends and family for this magical moment.

3.Are your dresses customizable?

Our dresses are all hand made and we can customize them to fit you perfectly. When purchasing your gown on the shop site please check out with your usual dress size then email us your measurements, we will then add them to the order notes! If there are details you would like to change or alter, just let us know!

4.What should I bring to the appointment?

We recommend that you arrive to your appointment with all undergarments and shoes that you are considering wearing on your wedding day

5.Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere around the world!

6.What is your returns policy?

As all our dresses are made to order, we do not accept returns.

7. Can fabric lace swatches be mailed to me?

Yes, please email us your mailing address.

8.Can i have a dress made and ready to ship in 4 weeks or less? 

Yes! If we have the fabric in stock, we can certainly have a dress for a rush wedding, there is a rush fee cost.

9.How long does it usually take to receive my dress once i order it?

Production time on a gown usually takes 8-12 weeks from order date.

10.How do i schedule an appointment at your Hollywood Hills studio?

Please email us a date and time of your required visit, and we will have our full collection of dresses available to try on.
